Orders are typically processed within 3-5 working days after confirmation/payment. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience slight delays, as our warehouse operates on weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays.

Shipping Time: Approximately 7-14 business days. Delivery time may vary based on your location and factors like customs inspections, severe weather, or strikes. Our shipping partners include Royal Mail, Hermes, DPD, and Yodel.
We will not process orders received after 5:00 pm (PST) on the same day.

A tracking confirmation email will be sent when your order is shipped. Allow 3-5 working days for tracking information updates. If your order is already in transit with no updates, please be patient, as it takes time for updates to appear once the parcel reaches the next shipping station.

Address Change:
Once a package is en route, address changes are not possible. For delivery location changes, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order via email or online chatbot.

Order Cancellations:
Cancel your order before shipping by contacting us. Timely cancellations result in a full refund to your original payment method. Orders in transit or processed cannot be canceled.

Generally, there are no additional charges beyond your order payment. However, customs may impose VAT, duties, or fees. If customs notifies you of tax, pay first and contact our customer service with the payment receipt for a refund.

Missing Items:
Contact our support team for assistance if your order is stuck at customs, returned, or lost during delivery. We’ll help with a refund or replacement.
